आदिवासी अंचल में उच्च शिक्षा का प्रकाश फैलाता पाली महाविद्यालय

Umaria . The Government College, Birsinghpur Pali, established since 1989, has been established as the centre of higher education in the tribal area of the district. It is noteworthy that Pali Block in Umaria district is considered a tribal dominated area and being the oldest college in the region, it has proved to be a boon for the tribal student girl students of the entire region. Where nirdhan tribal students are unable to get education in the cities by due to economic hardship this college has proved to be milestone in their career building.
Reading is better
          The college has appointed 4 regular teachers and 10 additives. Excellent reading lessons are showing progressively progress in frequent test results and there is a steady increase in the number of admitted pupils. Especially in the number of pupils of geography, English and personality development subject have been recorded basumatary. In the teaching system of the college, excellent contributions are being made by thestudents thereby improving the results of the college optimally.
          Student numbers being continuously spoken are its example.
Improved implementation of official schemes 
          The college has not only increased the level of reading but also improved implementation of government schemes. Under the teacher mentor scheme by the college, the guests have been made in charge in various classes which is able to effectively dismantle the problems of the pupils.
New Education Policy
          The new education policy implemented by Madhya Pradesh regime in the college is being better implemented. Induction programmes are being organized by the highestscholars to introduce students to the new education policy. Thereby, students are able to better understand the nuances of the new education policy. The conduct of regular classes, better implementation of official schemes, improved examination results and frequent limitation of admitted pupils are self-witness that Pali College has played a role in the qualitative development of higher education of tribal students of the area. In this achievement, the contribution of additionalscholars working in the college cannot be forgotten.

उमरिया जिले के आदिवासी अंचल में 1989 से स्थापित शासकीय महाविद्यालय बिरसिंहपुर पाली आदिवासी क्षेत्र में उच्च शिक्षा के केंद्र के रूप मे स्थापित हो चुका है। उल्लेखनीय है कि उमरिया जिले में पाली ब्लॉक एक आदिवासी बहुल क्षेत्र माना जाता है। एवं इस क्षेत्र का सबसे पुराना महाविद्यालय होने के नाते यह पूरे क्षेत्र के आदिवासी छात्र छात्राओं के लिए एक वरदान साबित हुआ है। जहां निर्धन आदिवासी विद्यार्थी आर्थिक तंगी के कारण बड़े शहरों में शिक्षा प्राप्त करने में असमर्थ रहते है उनके कैरियर निर्माण में  यह महाविद्यालय मील का पत्थर साबित हुआ है।
बेहतर होता पठन-पाठन
महाविद्यालय में 4 नियमित शिक्षक एवं 10 अतिथिविद्वान नियुक्त किये गए है। उत्कृष्ट पठन पाठन से  लगातार परीक्षा परिणाम में उत्तरोत्तर प्रगति दिखाई दे रही है एवं प्रवेशित विद्यार्थियों की संख्या में लगातार वृद्धि हो रही है। विशेषकर भूगोल, अंग्रेज़ी एवं व्यक्तित्व विकास विषय के विद्यार्थियों की संख्या में बढ़ोत्तरी दर्ज की गई है। महाविद्यालय की शिक्षण व्यवस्था में अतिथिविद्वानों द्वारा उत्कृष्ट योगदान दिया जा रहा है जिससे महाविद्यालय के परिणाम आशातीत रूप से बेहतर हुए हैं। 
लगातार बढ़ रही छात्र संख्या स्वयं इसका उदाहरण है।
शासकीय योजनाओं का बेहतर क्रियान्वयन
महाविद्यालय में न सिर्फ पठन-पाठन में स्तर में वृद्धि हुई है वरन शासकीय योजनाओं का भी बेहतर क्रियान्वयन किया जा रहा है।  महाविद्यालय द्वारा शिक्षक मेंटर योजना के अंतर्गत अतिथिविद्वानों को विभिन्न कक्षाओं में प्रभारी बनाया गया है जिससे विद्यार्थियों की समस्याओं का प्रभावी रूप से निराकरण हो पा रहा है। 
नई शिक्षा नीति से छात्र हो रहे लाभांवित
महाविद्यालय में मध्यप्रदेश शासन द्वारा लागू की गई नई शिक्षा नीति का बेहतर क्रियान्वयन किया जा रहा है।  विद्यार्थियों को नई शिक्षा नीति से परिचित करवाने अतिथिविद्वानों द्वारा इंडक्शन  कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये जा रहे हैं। जिससे विद्यार्थी नई शिक्षा नीति की बारीकियों को बेहतर तरीके से समझ पा रहे हैं।  नियमित कक्षाओं के संचालन, शासकीय योजनाओं का बेहतर क्रियान्वयन, बेहतर होते परीक्षा परिणाम एवं प्रवेशित विद्यार्थियों की लगातार बढ़ती संख्या इस बात की स्वयं गवाह है कि पाली महाविद्यालय ने क्षेत्र के आदिवासी विद्यार्थियों की उच्च शिक्षा के गुणात्मक विकास में महती भूमिका अदा की है। इस उपलब्धि में महाविद्यालय में कार्यरत अतिथिविद्वानों के योगदान को भुलाया नही जा सकता है।
